Finding focus and resilience

When we begin to focus on the breath we can bring conscious awareness to it. We become aware that we can control our breath and that we can begin to use it to calm our entire system. These meditations are effective for first thing in the morning before you start you start your day to find focus. The Sky meditation can be done first thing in the morning by a window or outside on a bench looking up at the sky (don’t look at the sun!)
